Asti is currently our oldest touring cat. Several years ago, Asti was diagnosed with a malignant tumor on one of her kidneys and had a nephrectomy to remove the kidney. The surgery removed the cancer, but she must remain on a special renal diet. She is closely monitored for related health issues, including regular abdominal ultrasounds. She has also been diagnosed with hypertension (high blood pressure), which needs to be carefully monitored.
Asti receives regular exams, vaccinations, year-round flea medication, and dentals as needed.
