Our New (used) Bus!
Near the end of our summer 2025 tour, our tour bus finally gave out on us. It had been through multiple repairs and the slide out, which offered extra comfort for the cats (and humans), had stopped working long ago. The bus was a huge barrier of how far we could go and what time of year we could travel. We couldn’t go to hot states in the summer because the bus could not keep the kitties cool. We could not go to cold places in the winter since the generator was unreliable. After multiple shops overcharging a group of women and cats for repairs, we said “enough!”
In September 2025 we bought a new-to-us bus! We have a 2002 Prevost H3-45. This big guy was well loved and well kept in a year round climate controlled storage. Does it look familiar to you? Perhaps you recall this bus from its days on Extreme Makeover: Home Edition as one of the the buses that moved when they yelled, “Bus Driver, move that bus!” That’s right, our bus is used to fame and is a former TV star!
With our new bus, we are getting it ready for the cats and crew, starting out with building a new Kitty City! The bus will take a few more trips to Florida to get everything modified for our needs including for fostering.
The 2025 tour had a rough ending for us. We had to cancel shows in four cities, which we have NEVER had to do before. In some of those cities we still had to pay our rental deposits even without performing, and some we paid back credit card fees when we refunded the tickets. One venue on the west coast never paid us for our portion of what we made in ticket sales. We also had mountains of repair bills just to get the bus from Seattle back to Atlanta. We have taken out a loan to purrchase the bus and start renovations.

You are able to change the value to any amount on the donation. If you're only able to donate $5, that's still $5 towards helping us make the bus better for the cats!
It will take some time for the bus to be wrapped since we are focusing on safety and comfort improvements first. We will print the paw prints before the bus is wrapped and send you a photo of yours so you know your donation is being honored. You will also receive a second photo of your paw print on the bus once the new wrap and your paw print have been applied.
